When you send an enquiry we collect the details you choose to enter: your name, email address, optional business name and phone number, the service you are interested in, your message and your preferred contact method. If you email or message us directly, we receive whatever you send us.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information through this website. Please do not include them in your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use this information to review your enquiry, respond to you and, if you decide to work with us, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are received at our business email address and are available only to authorised people at Oriscend Enterprise. Where the form passes an enquiry through a form-handling service to deliver it to us, that service processes the enquiry only for that purpose.

Other services this website uses

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website, so it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to serve pages securely. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep proper business records. After that we delete it.
